1. Introduction

goldmoonstar provides users the ability to review and recognize hospitality workers and small business owners through ratings, testimonials, and promotional services.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and activity under your account.

3. Fees and Payments

When you select a service, digital product, or physical item, you agree to pay the applicable fee via the payment processor we have partnered with. Pricing details are listed on each offering page.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Clients may cancel or reschedule booked services up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Rescheduling requests received after this window are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Certain expedited or custom services involve immediate allocation of resources and preparatory work by goldmoonstar and are therefore non-refundable. These non-refundable offerings are clearly identified on the booking page and you acknowledge and accept this policy upon purchase.

4.2 Digital Products

Digital guides, tutorials, and templates are delivered electronically. If you experience technical issues accessing a purchased digital product, please contact us within 7 days via our contact form. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or supply an alternative file. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Digital products are non-refundable once a download link has been accessed or the content has been revealed, due to the immediate and irrevocable delivery.

4.3 Physical Goods

Physical merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery in its original condition. To initiate a return, submit a request through our contact form with your order details. Upon return approval, ship the item to:

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. After we inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 15 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on goldmoonstar.vip, including logos, text, graphics, and formatting, is the exclusive property of goldmoonstar. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, goldmoonstar and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
